PaySmart Master
PaySmart is a Single Window Architecture application designed, to help the user create Employee Personal Master, Salary Master, Loan Master, Income Tax Master and Reimbursement Master etc.
Personal Master collects the details of the Date of joining, Designation, Location, PAN number, Birth Date, Residential address.
Salary Master allows user to enter Earnings & Deduction details of the Employee.

Transaction Menu
This menu helps the user to enter the Input of the payroll, which is fluctuation in nature like Canteen / Lunch deduction, Attendance, Bonus, Over time calculation, Loss of Attendance, Transportation Deduction etc.
This menu also keeps track of Bill wise details of the reimbursement claim & Attendance details of the Employee.

Data Process
Process module helps the user to process his Payroll data & generate final payroll Output.
Processing can either be employee wise / Grade wise / location wise.

User has the flexibility to set his month end date for processing i.e. cutoff date, Year-end & take care of employee Full & Final settlements.

Reports
PaySmart generates more than 100 types of reports like Monthly, Semi annual, Annual, Most of this reports are exported to Excel application in ready to print format.
